These services were provided for many years -and still are- to large and important organisations, i.e. to the Group of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd where we provide maintenance management and facilities management (FM).
Special measured maintenance & facilities term contracts are applied to facilitate execution of various works or services including cleaning, civil & repair works and M&E installations, upon organisation’s needs in buildings, for transfer or resolution of departments, branch renovations and/or extensions, etc.

The City Plan is a maintenance and facilities management plan created and applied by Nicolaou & Konnides Group all over Cyprus as Project Managers (PM) on behalf of their clients.
The purpose of this plan is to provide works & facilities to our clients and members of the plan according to their needs.
The works & facilities are executed by specialist contractors who are bound with term contract with the PM and/or directly with clients. The works & facilities offered may be of general, corrective, emergency and/or preventative nature.
