Royal Residence is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Engomi, at the intersection of Agios Dometios and Vasileos Constantinou. The project called for a three-story building with six apartments, a ground floor apartment with a private garden, two floors of two- and three-bedroom apartments and a penthouse on the third floor. The site is a long corner plot facing south, its axis parallel to Agios Dometios street; the vertical core of the building was set at its rear, to create a continuous veranda that wraps the front of the building. This opens the living space to the street, and to the views, and shades the facade and the lobby.
